Lorighittas, hand made pasta

The name ‘Lorighittas’ derives from the original shape of the pasta, similar to a ring.

Pasta of durum wheat handmade, from the typical shape of a ball, which is widespread in the south west of the island. Tender and tasty, but also is perfect in broth with tomato sauce and shellfish for a summer version.
