Salad with Fillet sheep salad and Walnuts

Ingredients for 4 person:

Fillet of sheep-200 gr

Cream cheese-120 gr

Shelled walnuts-100 gr

Songino-100 gr

Balsamic vinegar-

Honey cistus-1 pack

Oil-of taste

Salt-of taste

Cut the fillet into slices sheep will place on a large plate possibly oval, add a small amount on each slice of cream cheese and a few chopped walnut.
